CINEVA is a media player application that allows users to browse and play video content from publicly available third-party sources. CINEVA does not host, store, upload, or distribute any content.

3. Subscription

CINEVA Premium is a subscription that unlocks premium app features including:

• Ad-free user interface
• Chromecast support
• Advanced gesture controls
• Picture-in-Picture mode
• Priority customer support

The subscription grants access to app features only. It does not guarantee access to any specific content.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to access through the App. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

CINEVA and its original content are owned by us. The App does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessed through it.

6. Limitation of Liability

CINEVA is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any content accessed through third-party sources, nor for any damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time for any reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
